Summer holidays in Wales

It's been 8 years since we have left Wales. 2011 is our pilgrimage year. After we went to Toulouse in may, we headed to Wales in August for 2 weeks. We were lucky to have a correct weather and were thus able to enjoy several walks in the countryside, as well as many activities for the children. I was also very happy to see may dear welsh friends again.

We had a lovely sunday, enjoying a nice picnic and lots of laughs watching little kiddos playing around and of course tata Maud and his baby boy to be.

Can't wait to see the new addition !

Antoine riding a poney

Dear all,

It has been a long time since I have posted my last message...

Last tuesday, I had the great pleasure to take Antoine to a poney session that is organised by his school. He did a very good job in taking care of his poney first and then riding it.

It was also a good opportunity for me to play with my new camera !

Paris - Here we come

That is rather nice to live close to the most beautiful city of the world, without all the inconvenients ! For our first day of vacation, we spend the afternoon at Trocadero to visit the aquarium and then walk under the famous Eiffel tower. Aquarium was rather disappointing, not as good as american ones to be honest. However it was worth getting a picture with the loves of my life with the Eiffel tower as a background.(the other love taking the picture...)

Mardi-gras

Last day before the winter vacation, there was a mardi-gras party at Antoine's school : dress-up and crêpes making, children were completely excited!!! Featuring Axel as a knight, Tommy as Zorro, Léandre as a Chinese boy, Ilona as a princess, Shayana and Emma as bees, Margot as spiderman, Oliver as a vampire and Antoine as batman pretending to be superman....
